Responsible for creating seamless experiences through wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, preparing handoff for development, and supporting the QA team. Working with the design team to organize design processes, design systems, and tools. Tracking the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery, collaborating with Product Managers, Team Leaders, and developers to implement new features and improvements, and refining product strategy.
Brazilian fintech that works with easy loans and cheaper fees. Responsible for the design process in the Onboarding Squad, interacting with multiple teams and squads to center all the company’s products on one page. The biggest achievements were the increase in 23% in the number of complete registrations of users and a decrease in the contact rate to reset passwords by over 70%. I also worked on new experience for the registration journey and a new home for the app.

Fintech of financial services for e-commerce businesses. Responsible for two products: Digital Wallet and Prepaid Business Card. I played an instrumental role in crafting a comprehensive user interface design that optimized the user experience. To ensure that our products were meeting the needs of our customers, I conducted thorough behavioral analysis and implemented improvements accordingly. I also provided support to the development team, contributing to the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of these products.

The TUPI Group originated from the University of Fortaleza and focuses on researching the relationship between urban transportation and land use. It aims to develop digital products that promote sustainable urban mobility, using advanced technology. As a Product Designer, I was involved in the entire UX research process, which included desk research, moderated interviews, and documentation of insights.
